Q: When will I get my order?
A:
 To make sure your caramels are as fresh as humanly possible, everything is made to order. Orders usually take 1-2 weeks to be ready to ship, depending on the time of year. Shipping time is dependent on which shipping option you choose. Please note that if we are having exceptionally hot weather, we might not be able to ship to ensure the quality of your order!


Q: How much is shipping?
A:
Shipping is calculated at checkout by Canada Post. It is dependent on the size and weight of the order and shipping location. 

Q: I have a pressing issue / question / etc! How do I get in touch with you?!
A:
You can reach us at kate@lurecaramel.com. Please note that we answer emails during business hours only - 8 AM to 4 PM on weekdays.


Q: I'm getting married! Do you do wedding favours? 
A:
Absolutely. Shoot an email to kate@lurecaramel.com and we can chat about it! 


Q: Do you do custom branding? 
A:
 Yes! Talk to us about custom flavours, packaging, wedding and party or event favours. Send along an email to kate@lurecaramel.com


Q: Do you offer local pickups?
A:
 We do! Select local pickup at the check out. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be collected from our spot in Glen Haven, NS. Pick up is currently available at Labour Day Picnic Cafe from Wednesday-Sunday 9am-5pm. 


Q: Are your caramels gluten-free or dairy-free?
A:
The are gluten-free! But not dairy-free because we add lots and lots of butter and cream ;)


Q: Are your products available for wholesale?
A:
 I have decided to take a break from wholesale production for the time being as we recently opened Labour Day Picnic Cafe in Glen Haven, NS and I have been focusing most of my attention and time on fun stuff around that! 

Never say never though, I might start producing wholesale again soon.
