Ordering & Shipping

To make sure your caramels are as fresh as humanly possible, everything is made to order. We don't have robots churning out caramels, just Kate! So please be patient. We are very small scale and want to produce the best possible caramels for you, hence them being made to order!

Orders usually take 1-2+ weeks to be ready to ship or pick up, depending on the time of year. Shipping time is dependent on which shipping option you choose. Please note that if we are having exceptionally hot weather, we might not be able to ship to ensure the quality of your order!

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout by Canada Post. It is dependent on the size and weight of the order and shipping location. 

Please note that shipping times are additional to the 2 week lead time for orders. 

Pick Up

You will receive an email or text when your order is ready for pick up.
Pickup times: Wednesday - Sunday from 9-4 at Labour Day Picnic Cafe - 12286 Peggy's Cove Road, Glen Haven.
